Wearing a helmet is not enough to protect the rider because there aren't any airbags or seatbelts. God forbid, if the rider happenes to fall, he's going to have to rely on his bones and bare skin to make it. I dont really think I would even come near those cones because they throw cars out of control, with bikes if something happens you have only one way to go, which is down. Things I can control I try to deal with, but the above hazards are out of yours hands you just have to prepare for them and deal with them.
