I had the exact thing happen to me, but i reported the cashier to the Co-op manager on station at the time, who ordered him to reverse the transaction & re-enter them with my subscription number. I later heard he was fired because they investigated this cashier & discovered that he was working other nefarious schemes under their noses.

I have seen numbers punched in when I did not have a number at a certain co-op and made a big fuss.

But this is different ….and much more serious.
