Review: Step Up

I seem to have a liking for dance movies, and some might not have the best story line or dancing. But this movie has a decent story line and fantastic dancing! And it has a better storyline then most dance movies I have seen yet. I really enjoyed the main character since I think he fit the character like a glove. Secondly when a movie has an amazing sound track that helps a greatly, and I noticed every time that my feet were moving on its own to the beat. I wish I could dance half as good as some of the people in this movie. I really like how they used hiphop in this movie, it made it that much more entertaining for us. I really recommend this movie for whoever likes this type of movie, dont miss it if you have the time.

I love dance movies !! they make me wanna dance but umm im not as good as the people in the movies ;p

my friends & i love dance movies. but lately most of them havent been up to par. just yesterday a friend and i were discussing whether we should go see it or not.. so i guess this review helps. we’ll try to check it out this week. thanks.

Hehehe, oddly enough I didn’t think you were the type to like such movies
However I agree with what you said, and the use of Hip hop in the movie was amazing I mean I am bored from all the typical dance moves and such but infusing Hip Hop with them was amazing.
Didn’t you enjoy the club scene?

I loved this movie when I watched it with my omani friend here…. we were dancing in our chairs and even downloaded the soundtrack straight after hehehe

i didn’t lilke the story much but the dancing and music was good, i actually got the soundtrack before i watched the movie

let’s Just say That Somebody In Here started a Hip hop dancing class at home after watching Step up .. lol I love to dance hiphop I Basically Learned From Britney Spears when i was Younger on Oops i did it again .. and of course spice girls and Nysnc and Now I’m Tryna learn Channing Moves ..
