2007 Maserati GranTurismo

This is the revamp of Maserati is the new sports car from Maserati, I think they were having a tough time getting things in line but they have done well with the Quatraportte. Maserati is trying to get things back in shape. This is a 405 bhp sports car with great weight distribution, but I’m hoping it has the right amount of technology since the older one had almost nothing. Reliability was another issue Maseratis have had in the past but I’m hoping it will be different at this time.

    I agree, but still ugly!

Some people like it so that’s good for them, but I’ll still definitely choose Lotus over that!

Guys, one thing we gotta always remember, the Italians are MASTERS at creating works of art. NO, I’m NOT downplaying ANYBODY ELSE! They simply just go out-of-the-box and do things, UNSAFE things that many other people only dream of doing. That statement is realitive too but what I’m trying to say is that manage to create designs that are almost timeless, very striking, thought-provoking, simply beautiful. The Germans and British are masters in themselves I will ALWAYS respect their design savvy BUT, there’s something about Italian automotive design that just draws many people’s imaginations from WHEREVER they’ve been! Sounds rediculous but simply ask any male, even female, who have had a Maserati, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Alfa Romeo pasted on their wall amids other German creations and ‘wotnot’. These people has a gift for building beautiful things and I just love their passion, they’ve got passion. They might not know how to screw a car together like a German perfectionist but they can stir our emotions like few other people on this planet. I believe that is their gift and we need to respect it! What I’m simply trying to say is that amidst all the other good-looking cars out there in this same market of the GranTurismo, this baby will stand out like a sore thumb, even though its looks, for some will take a little getting used to. She is simply beautiful, follow the lines with your eyes and you’ll see what I mean, there is meaning to every form. Can you see what they are trying to do? It is a skill to combine old classic style with something modern, these people are masters of that, look at the Ferrari 599GTB, what about the Brera(impracticle at the back though), beautiful masterpieces. These people don’t just build beautiful cars, they CRAFT them, there is love for what they do in those lines. I SIMPLY LOVE THAT! AND NO, I’m NOT Italian! God bless and I hope that we can look and appreciate that kind of beauty from a more informed angle. :)
