Utlimately I think I'll go for this, as I don't want to wait too long - plus I think I'll wait till Sony Ericsson develop their range of touchscreen phones before trying it out. Take a normal 3 megapixel camera and a phone and compare pictures in the same lighting and place a camera would do better since it's lens. Sure the quality becomes better with the jump but you will still see some artifacts, on the other hand if they offered a phone that would allow you to capture in RAW format thats a different story no matter how many megapixels a phone has it wont matter because of the lens.
