Food Reduction

Over the past week and a half I have been reducing the amount of food I intake which I think has been good. I have stopped drinking anything except water, and I have stopped eating rice so that didn’t fill me.

Eating less has helped me a lot to keep on the go since I don’t feel like passing out right away after eating and feeling exhausted. I eat just enough not to feel hungry and at that point I can get up and do other things. I do feel healthier and I want to continue this eating habit since it will help me reduce weight, its not a diet but just regulating my eating habits. And I will try my best not to eat ice cream at all, even though I love it.

A guy who is just trying to enjoy life!

  1. Thats quite a challenge. I haven’t reduced much of my intake but I did join a gym, I feel healthier too! I guess a mix of both should be just fine.

  3. Z I LOVE food, and enjoy eating and dining… so I don’t deprive myself.. I just eat less and healthier… Don’t stop eating ice cream… just eat less of it. Even donuts :-P
    Saddigni when you stop eating something you love to eat you will get back to it… with vengeance LOL

    Have one eating day each week, that makes it easier. No reason why you never should enjoy ice cream again when you love it so much.
    And eat before you get hugry, 5-6 small meals each day.
