Ezbaday

I thought I would be coming back from work early but that wasn’t the case I didn’t get home until after 9:00 pm. So I had a late lunch and it was my only meal for the day, I have to say that it hit the spot. I like fish but I love ezbaydy more then any fish, and this dish was amazing. Also the Kubbah hit the spot since I wanted to eat something right away, I ate those like fries and finished them right away. And as a result of the meal I passed out within minutes of finishing what was on the table.

I’m not a big seafood person. Unless its sushi…that may seem a little backwords, to like uncooked fish more than when its cooked…
Anyway, my family loves their seafood of course and there is the ongoing debate of Iranian Zbaidy vs. Kuwaiti Zbaidy. Iranian being inferior to ours, hence a lot cheaper…which was this? And does it really make a difference?
