Berserk: Sometimes I would want to check my account info while abroad and I know I dont carry my check card with me when I’m abroad. I think its a security risk for sure! I think they need to change the flow of their system!

D: That is the WORST thing you could possibly do! Its a huge security risk and then everyone can get to your information! Never put it on a word document! This is all your private info!

I think KFH have the best online banking system. NBK’s is quite user friendly when you want to enquire about your account. It’s when you want to include a third party (wire transfer or paying bills) and need an epin, then things start to get ugly.

I use nbk so much that I have the number memorized. So I never had to go for the password recovery procedure.

But you are right. I do online banking with couple of Indian & Canadian banks, and their process is much more streamlined with a better user experience.

open up new document and ADD all ur user/login/cvd’s for the websites you use most frequently. same thing for all ur atm cards pin numbers. this is how i can follow up everyone’s account and details. arya7. its more convenient if you have many passwords and cant keep up with them better than suffering everytime you have an access problem.

First of all, I have memorized my civil id number, so i don’t really have a problem reciting it every time i am asked to.
second, granted you might not have your civil id with you all the time, but who wouldn’t have their bank card with them? i mean i’ve never left the house without my wallet, which holds both my civil id and bank card in it, even while at home, it’s a few steps away from me, so i see no problem in that..
i can’t explain why they don’t upgrade the system.. it is rather stupid, but the problem isn’t with having that kind of information at hand..

I never had a problem with their website… I thought it was 3adee.. but now that you mention it… your right… its quite frustrating… the whole Civil ID thing…
