As you can see, things are a little different around here. We decided to take matters into our own hands and shake things up a little and give this place a much needed re-vamp.

we just did, although there is minor annoying bits in IE, the flickr photos mess up a bit… but Firefox is the way to go… who the hell uses IE nowadays?!

Very good transition! The best part was removing that endless list of categories lol. It looks much neater now!
So where is Marzouq? Is he bound and tied to a pole watching you girls wreak havoc here? :P

Pearls, there are 4 headers, after a while (few days/weeks) another header will be put in its place and so on :)
OK that does it. Once I get my blog hosted somewhere, you girls will be in charge in designing it.
Anyway, congrats on the new look. It’s really growing on me :)

Sinner- this has more colors than the previous one plus it’s more neater, the last theme was all over the place.

I feel that the old one is simple but nice and of course professional. While the new looks like some kids blog! But i really like the new one too!
La2! Seriously it doesn’t work for me, because it’s just too much of categories and other things now. Before it was a cool and simple page that is really easy to the eye for an everyday blog reader. Ok I like the flickr thingy, bas the many things on the right is annoying. Don’t get me wrong it looks nice, bas too much.

Khalid- The old one was simple yes, bu full of problems and I dont see how this looks like a kids blog when we didnt change the content, just encorporated what Marzouq wanted and made this website overall neater and not all over the place like his last one was.
Salah- Too much of what? Yes before it was simple, but if you remind yourself of his previous sidebar, it was all messed up and way too long. In the re-design, we have 2 columns now which will be easier to see those particular categories rather than having to scrool all the way down and down to try find something. Plus we’ve added RECENT ANIME which highlights all the recent anime movies that Marzouq has watched. Everything that you see is what he actually wanted. So if it looks nice, everything is neater, why is it too much? Regarding the header, this is one of several headers that will be displayed, the header will change in the next week or so into another one and will be changed every so often to incorporate several ideas. We couldnt JUST change the header, the old theme was curropted.

This whole changing is one of the things that I think too much. Every week a header? laish? Ok so I can tolerate this header but to be changed every week is kind of wrong for an everyday blog. Ya3ney I’m thinking if you want to change the headers you can change it every month for instance. As for the latest anime blogs bar, I really hate it (no offense) because it’s like you are pledging the reader to take a look at these anime posts. Walla I don’t even remember the old right-side bar, which is really good because these bars are meant for who wants to use them and not to be as huge as that one. By the way, when I say huge I don’t mean too many stuff but too obvious.
Salah, it depends on how frequently Marzouq wants to change the header. Several are/have been designed therefore its up to him.
The Recent Anime has nothing to do with Posts, the Recent Anime is all the recent Anime movies that he has watched and was requested by him as he’s a diehard Anime fan.
Regarding the sidebar again, the current one (in the new design) is actually much much smaller than the previous one.
Anyway, with any website re-design there will be people who love it and those who hate it.

Salah: I like the look overall I think its a huge improvement on before. I like this header more since its more tied to my machines, the truck and bike. The categories on the side are light and easy on the eyes. You can see it if you want, overall they are less. Before it dropped down to the bottom of the page which was very very long.

Salah: Not every week, every month or couple of months. Some tweaks will be made to this one for sure. The Recent Anime is attached to my update on MyAnimeList.net which I update daily or every other day depending on the anime I watch. I asked for it because I like it.
