Hamitaf: I keep hearing that Wataniya isn’t any better, and there are a lot of issues.

Amani: I think its getting better, don’t know about sitting outside!

Marzouq, I get exactly the same problems with Wataniya, it’s horrible! When I was in Lebanon back in August, there was a period of 2 days in which NO ONE in Lebanon who was roaming with a Kuwaiti line could get any calls through or even get a network signal!

Ive been a happy Wataniya user for ages now…but a few days ago i got a Zain line to use for work ;/ something tells me im going to regret it….oh well…

all of the international issues is to do with MOC as they controll the intenational gateway and it sucks big time
i have both zain and wataniya lines and it seems that wataniya has less drop calls but zain is cheaper for roaming

I don’t use roaming anymore, why u need roaming…when ur in europe or the US u get a line for 5 Euros form any BAKALAH , and all you need to do is to have custom voice mail message on ur Zain line saying that u can be reached at that number, this way no one will contact u unless its really important.

And if they can’t call international they can SMS u, at the end of day ur on vacation…so why the headache.

nothing beats UAE’s etisalat in crappiness.

Oman il 7amdila – quite good except for rush days like first day of eid or GONU which i thought was crap. but what to do.

until recently it was only one service provider but now weve got like a thousand companies coming up. whats the deal??
