in response to spicy pepper, actually, the card differs from U.S. to U.K. In the U.S. you are required to spend a certain amount, which I believe to be 250 grand, in the U.K. however, you are not.

“AMEX Centurion: In order to keep the card you have to spend at least $250,000 a year. Basically buying a car a year, and you have to pay it within the agreed period” False! ive had it since UK launch in 99 and you dont have to spend anything on it a year to keep it. just pay the 650 pounds annual fee newer members pay much more annually and i agree with Azteca they are overated and when you use thier services you really dont feel your getting much out of them.

I have a Centurion (issued in Kuwait), its overrated, barely gets me into Mc Donalds these days. The Platinum is more value for money. ($5000 vs. $750 per year in fees)
