I told him the no. 1 reason ppl are getting this is cz of the msging service. It's for business use, though I doubt most are using it for that. From a business point of view, it's much cheaper to use BB over Internet enabled mobiles, I read it in a study somewhere, application, emails, browsing, but the gap is closing really fast lots of smart phones are out now my bro just got one and he’s not even working!
