This isn’t the only embassy situated in an upclass hotel.
And embassy has to be in a well presented area, so that when they have important visitors or people come for help they’re not stuck in some dingy area.
Also the reason it could be taking long to fix up the embassy is cause it always takes forever to get things approved by the government

But I have to say, it’s quite ridiculous they needed half a floor! Couldn’t they just add security or something if they were worried about people invading their privacy?
