Barney Stinson is so fantastic that he has his own book of rules called The Bro Code. There is nothing that he will not do to get a woman in bed, nothing to drastic or ridiculous to get a woman in bed, even act like an 80 year old man from the future and to convince the woman in front of him that she must sleep with Barney Stinson to save the world.

    I really like him. he will host the 61st Annual Emmy Awards, set to air Sept. 20 on CBS.
