I took a short intensive course for three days..the test was about how to delete your negative thoughts or lets say things that you want to completely forget. at the day of the test they asked me to sit with someone else and apply what we have learnt on each other!!! I closed my eyes, started talking, and so on! until i reached to the end of my painful story, and the guy asked me to do the delete part "as if it'll be totally deleted"! then i opened my eyes and did the same to him! later on I find out that it was a church! a modern church actually! and from that day until recently my phone never stopper ringing! "it was like forcing me to take other courses with them"! until I told them enough!! I did this test while I was in the UK 4 years ago!
