Gulf insurance company have something similar, their service is pretty good. Once you make the call, you get a call from their call center in Bahrain and they ask you if everything is ok. I think it cost 3 KD and you are eligible for 4 tows I think.

i have a VW GOLF 2004, i didnt know that this offer even is there!!!! cant say that Behbehani is up to my standertds however i can see that they are really working on upgrading thier services, regardless of the service ,this will never keep me from always being the biggest fan of the great Golf R32

I second what Kuwaity said about VW Kuwait. They have improved significantly in last 2 years but there is still a room for improvement which I hope they would do.

As of my experience, I believe that VW ME has laid down very strict conditions for the dealers in ME to bring their after sales service to a standard to compete against other premium brands…

Wow! That is great service! Others should follow suit because in the end, it’s all about after-sales services which keeps the customer loyal to the brand.

VW Kuwait dealer is improving their service step by step. Last week VW ME called me for a quick survey on the phone. I was happy that I pulled over and closed my soft top just to answer clearly. The thing is that they did not call me for my latest VW car, but for a 2004 model that is still with me which is interesting.

As for the VIP service, I know this but never asked about it nor the service adviser recommended this service for me, properly because he knows that I don’t need them as other customers

I’m still not 100% satisfied with their service but it is much better now.

I also had a good experience with Behbahani Porsche car service, also they send us (by mail) offers, invitations, test drives, extended warranty etc.

i have better recommendation im using gulf insurance they have this service for 4 kd only per year

All dealerships and insurance companies have this service. I was left on the side of the road countless of times by the bmw dealer (who apparently say they provide the service). I also heard horror stories from other dealerships.

From the story you posted, it seems the difference with VW behbehani is that their service works! They get to you in a timely manner, followup with the client, reasonable prices and reliable.
