Even though i bought the model that has the invidia ion graphics card (thats supposed to play 720p) it didnt. After so many forums and trying out all the codec and codec players known to man i was still unable to play 720p movies. core AVC was the only one that was able to play my movies! i was skeptical at first (its $15 if i recall) but it did the job perfectly. I was so close to buying a regular laptop (i was that pissed) glad i didnt! I bought a mini 311 from amazon specifically to play 720p movies.
