@ 92.8

Its been a bit of hectic couple of weeks with work and family, and when I have a chance I eat what I can. Usually I try to eat a few times a day to keep losing weight but at this point I think I have bottomed out. On a normal morning I would weigh around 92.8 KG, and the lowest I reached in the last two weeks was 91.7 which was pretty good, and the drop has been on the slow side for the past month but overall I’m very happy. From 107 KG to 92.8 over a 5 month period which is really good but the last month has been around a kilo or two at most, I had a faster drop initially. I have also had a few more off days the last two weeks then I usually do but thats probably because I keep thinking that Ramadan is around the corner. I know I need to start going to the gym consistently because its the only way I’m going to lose more weight. One thing I’m going to try during Ramadan is not to eat too much at Futoor because I know I’m going to be hungry as hell.

    My advice would be stuff yourselff with Salad before you eat.. they maybe you will be a bit full

  2. Well done… Keep off the sweets in Ramadhan and you’ll be ok… No ligaimat! :)

    I need to do the same… I need to do the same and go down to 85! I’m at 97 now…
