@Buzfairy – True it is a bit on the expensive side, but honestly they easily last three years which is pretty good! Very solid use for that time! So I can’t complain!

They are a little on the pricy side, but I would get one anyway. At least the $2,200. The lightness and power of it is amazing.

If you think of it, we’ve been overpaying for mac laptops in Kuwait. I got my 13″ MB (not MBP) for kd620 three years ago, basically what the new Retina MBPs are going for. So the new laptop is still ok.

Get one, and forget the price. It’s worth it.

F.Y.I, YOU CAN STILL use the old power adapter with this new machine using this (MagSafe to MagSafe2 Converter) which apple supplies at their store (http://store.apple.com/us/product/MD504)
