This is probably one of my all time favorite songs, I haven’t heard a song which really caught me like this one did. I know its mainstream now but my hat goes off to Kid Cudi as artist, he mixed rap with dance in a very unique way and you can really listen to the lyrics. The song just get stuck in my head, I can’t help tapping my foot or doing something to the beat, the original and this remix. The video below is NSFW but the one above is fine.
This is a new song from Madonna, and it has grown on me for the past couple of days. She does have some people who adore her, I tend to like her music, she is really an amazing artist to keep coming up with amazing music. I don’t think she looks good but when you see her move like this you don’t think she is a day over thirty let alone being over forty and doing all this.

Aaliyah was one of those amazing artist who had so much ahead of her, and yet she had done so much at a young age. I remember listening to rap and a little old school rap, and throwing some RnB into the mix. It only feels like yesterday that I was listening to her songs nonstop, but now its been 8 years since Aaliyah’s life was cut short after her plane crashed shortly after take-off. Besides her talent it was her beauty, style and demeanor that had me hooked, she had this thing about her that made her different as an artist.
Aaliyah – Back and Forth (1994)
Her first single that she dropped with R Kelly and at age 15 she was already on the billboards.
Aaliyah – One in a Million (1996)
A song from her second Album which she collaborated with Missy Elliot and Timbaland in 1996 and that also was at the top of the billboards.
Jamie Fox has been pumping out some pretty cool songs, and this one has tickled my fancy. I especially like the part when Kanye West comes into the song with his verse and changes up the beat of the song, turning it into something a little more up beat and funky.
I wouldn’t play this at work, but this is hilarious, an American paradoy of the French version of naked women walking through their streets. Looks like Miami to me but I could be wrong, the best part is the confidence of the guy who just walked in and stripped off!
I really like Kid Cudi and the skills he brings to the table, this is one of those interesting artist combinations. I really like Kanye West and I’m a fan of Common, so this song just gets stuck in my head and I want to see what else he is going to come up with.
I recently heard this song being played in Beirut for the few hours I was there and I was surprised to see the video. There is something really freaky about women doing Botox shots in a club bathroom, don’t they worry about the sanitary conditions. Well this video is trying to get the message that everyone in the Arab world is hot, but I think the message in this video is a bit off but still it was entertaining to watch.

This is the latest playlist that I have, its more mainstream then the dance play list but still a hell of a lot of fun when I’m driving. I like switching between some old school songs to this playlist if I feel like a fun drive. Its always great finding new music, I am always looking around for something new.
May 2009 Playlist:
I’m a huge fan of Linkin Park, I don’t care if they are mainstream, they make amazing music and this song is a match for the new movie. The video shows a little too much of the movie but still a hell of a lot of fun, now I can’t wait to get the new CD and its been a long wait for this movie.

I enjoy listening to my music when I am sitting at the compute or driving, sometimes I want to drive just to enjoy the music. When I’m driving down the highway after visiting some family, I would have the windows down and music going with the cool wind blowing in my face. It’s a fun feeling with the decent weather the past couple of nights and window, I usually put the window up when I get to a stop light because it gets a bit warm stopped at a light. This is the dance list and one of those songs is the one I used for the GulfRun video.
