Seems like a lot of shows are coming back remade, and some have been successful. I’m just interested to see how successful this show is going to be or if they make it really well, but the preview is looking pretty good. One thing is for sure this show has an abundance of sex, drugs, parties, fast cars, loose women, backstabbing, affairs, and loud music. I didn’t watch the old show much except for a few times while flipping through channels when I was a kid but this time around I think I will give it a shot once its out.

Its rare that a show with such freaky ideas such as this can come along still have some degree of reality in it. On another note the only place this show can air on is on HBO or Showtime because it would probably R or X rated for the sexual content and blood spilling all over the place. A hill billy town in Lousiana and Sookie Stackhouse is a waitress in the local bar with some very interesting characters, mainly vampires have come out into the public realm and are looking for rights just like humans. Something is a little different with Sookie, and a lot is going on in this town. At first I wasn’t too keen on the show but episode after episode, you just can’t stop watching and the way they present these interesting creatures is so very realistic that you can accept it. A show worth taking a look at and I can’t wait for the next season.

I think this, a promotion for A&E’s MC Hammer reality show, is one of the scariest things I’ve seen in a long time. I can’t imagine calmly shopping in a clothing store and then being swamped by dozens of dancers in Hammer pants running and dancing while “U Can’t Touch This” is cranked up on the sound system. I’d rather be RickRolled.
I loved MC Hammer when I was a kid, I don’t think there is anyone who didn’t try to dance to Hammer Time. This is hilarious, I would be laughing my head off to this amazingly choreographed stunt, and look at the old guy pulling those moves.

There is only one conclusion with all this, I’m pretty much a download junkie. I have been downloading all the recent TV shows a consistent pace but sometimes some of them fall off the way side and sometimes I don’t know why but I might not have all the seasons of a show I was following. This is what happens when you migrate your data so much, and over the past couple of years I have had a few major migrations. So this time around I am trying to see which shows that I want to have, I don’t have Entourage so I’m downloading the whole thing, then there are a few shows which I don’t seem to have the seasons even though I remember watching them like Dexter, I have kept Prison Break and Heroes on hold so I can watch it one go. There are a few other odd shows that I want to download like Red Dwarf and MacGuyver, I’m trying to look for some other old school shows. Archiving old shows is another task which has increased my download list. Just one note for those reading the download speeds, this is based from a Server hosted in Europe which we have managed to configure for our downloads and not the speeds in Kuwait, it would be phenomenal if those were the speeds but that isn’t the case.

The Spoilers or my notes:
Fantastic show, I just hope that season 4 satisfies my expectations as I don’t even know what to expect!

Its been so many years and now Jay Leno is stepping down from The Tonight Show. Conan O’Brian is stepping in for him on the show but it isn’t going to be the same. I preferred Jay Leno over most of the other late night presenters. He has this way of being a straight shooter and a way of pointing out the obvious, but Conan is a little bit of Klutz and David Letterman is a bit annoying. I think Jay is going to enjoy the vast amount of cars that he has collected over the years.

Damn this crazy show from the early 90s is back, who remembers V! After watching that TV show I had a fear of lizards and white mice for a while. Lizards taking human form and they have the ability to eat humans whole in one go. Seems that ABC is making the pilot for this show, and this is the trailer. It looks pretty good, and some interesting actors, but if they don’t do this right they can really ruin it, so I’m crossing my fingers and hoping for a great show.

There have been very few shows that have set itself at the top such as this. Fringe is the best Sci Fi Drama show to air on television period. The characters are very interesting, the storyline is fantastic, you never have a dull episode. Every time I watched an episode I enjoyed it immensely but at the same time I was left with more questions, where was it going, who is in charge, what was going on, what can happen next. The best part is that what ever was happening is usually explained to a degree or is a part of science that can be explained, but such advances in human test subjects that you only here of in secret testing facilities. All this is packed into one hell of a show, the season finale left me wanting more, I didn’t even know it was the season finale until it was too late, what a great ending, I really can’t wait for season 2 to start.

At last the torture will end, NBC has decided to cancel the damn show. What did they think when the story line was horrible and a car which can defy the laws of physics and morph into other retarded car. I know that a lot of media companies were bringing back old shows and were doing a decent job, but this show was an embarrassment. They ruined the memory of Knight Rider, I even have all the songs of the intro and the days when Hasslehoff was cool.

After a while I have been trying to catch up with some of the shows I have been following. I have decided to concentrate on a few and I have managed to get the point where I have to wait until they air.
