The Barber
I didn’t have a chance for a while to get a shave or a cut. I was looking for the right time to go, so I headed in on Satruday and the place was packed. I knew there was going to be a wait so I took a magazine with me. Time flew since I was reading a motorcycle magazine while taking a few phone calls.
As soon as I got on the chair I wanted to get rid of the wookie like beard that I had. Its not that bad, but it gets really itchy throughout the day and night. He inserted a new blade, put the warm towel and then the cream, the best feeling in the world is when he took that all off. It felt fantastic, I no longer had the itchy feeling it was really relaxing and so I took a nap like usual. There is something about the barbershop that is sacred to men, when I woke up I had that very clean feeling, no more scratching.

Refreshing Ride
I haven’t been able to ride for over a month now due to the orange sand storms we have been having recently. The last week and a bit I have been tempted to go riding, but I haven’t had the chance. Monichum has been running his errands or going to the gym at night for the last couple of days. I had one thing to do before riding, so I headed towards TriStar, I wanted to check something.
I haven’t been on my 1098S for a while now, but Pyro started right up. I rode like a demon to the showroom, I think its because I missed riding so much. With a twin like the Ducati you feel a little heat between your legs, but its worth it because I was having so much fun. I was having fun and being a bit reckless, but I calmed down after a bit. There is nothing I love more then the torque of a V-twin coming out of a corner. After Tristar me and monichum had something cool to drink before heading home, there isn’t a lot of riding we can do at night during a work week. The one thing I get annoyed with is trying to take good pictures at night, I would need a tripod and I can’t really carry a tripod with me in my back pack.
Magnetic LED
This is a very useful product which can be used to light up cramped areas and working in small spaces. I like how they made this from a simple idea, but from its size I just hope it isn’t flimsy, based on the price I doubt that it is made from heavy duty materials but still useful.

Iceberg Water Climber
This is a gigantic inflatable iceberb which you can enjoy in the ocean. Just look at it I want to jump off the top of it. Three sides of it are climable with varying levels of difficulty and a giant slide on one side, its made from high grade DTEX PVC so it would be popping very easily. I just wonder how much shipping will cost for this thing.

Review: Strange Wilderness
Never did I think that a movie can bring down your IQ level just by watching it. We couldn’t even finish the damn movie it was so ridiculous. Its about some guys who have this nature show, but its more like a bunch of drunk and high guys making a show with some animals with some interesting results. I thought this would be a funny movie from the cast, but it was one of the worst of all time.

Early at the Avenues
There are two things that can drag out of bed, one of them is when I’m hungry, the other is when I want to kill somebody for waking me up. This time I was hungry as hell and we were calling everybody to get them up for breakfast.
By the time we got to the Avenues in the early morning we were deciding what to have for breakfast. The best thing about the Avenues is the amount of choices you have to eat, the bad part is you have to walk a huge distance to get to your chosen location.
There is a coffee shop that the guys like because it was really good coffee, and not a lot of people go to it, and they have internet. We went to Zaatar o Zait for breakfast which turned into an early lunch, I love their kafta with cheese, and their laham bil ajeen. Then we walked to the newly opened section which didn’t have a lot of new shops, but we did go to Boots, and for some reason I love going into boots and the clean smell. Then we headed to Ace Hardware to pick up a few things, I don’t think I can walk out of Ace Hardware without buying something, they really have a lot of useful items.
Hot Days
I think the hot days are just getting started, I honestly don’t mind the heat. It was very sunny and nice the past couple of days, and its nice being outside. What I mind is the dust, what the sky turns orange and you have layer of dust on your car, I would rather stay in doors. Saturday was nice though, I had a few things to do so I went out and in between I picked up a nice cold raspberry frappacinno just before going to get a cut and shave.
Mango
Tis the season to eat mango, I want to continue the song but its a bit to cliche. The past few weeks I have been devouring mango after mango with no end in sight. I love mangoes, but you only have a few weeks to enjoy that very satisfying sweet taste. I was having this right after lunch since I kept it lunch light, and sometimes I might not eat dinner just to have some mangoes before I sleep.
New Speeding Cameras???
Ok people, we need to clarify this ASAP. I saw this on the street between Bida’a and Salwa by the seaside. These look like strange new speeding cameras or some sort of surveillance. This never went to the news or what exactly they are doing with these. There is a stop that says you have to stop when the red lights are flashing but what if you don’t stop since it isn’t a traffic light and what does the cameras exactly mean, this is very worrying. I usually don’t care about speeding cameras, and I don’t speed in that area, but then there are the pictures of the back of bikes. If anyone can shed a light on the situation please do.
