Amazing Television Floor Plans

TheBigBangTheoryLivingRoom

We watch and love so many of these shows, and we all get familiar with the apartments and houses that they live, we have been watching them for years and still we think they are real when watching them, as if we know every part of their homes. In this case Lizarralde has really taken the time to put together all these designs on paper, to show some of these apartments that we have known for so long, in my case the favorite two are The Big Bang Theory and Friends, those are two apartments that I think I know every part of, check out all the plans below. I don’t know why but just seeing these apartment layouts brings back memories and playbacks of all the episodes that I saw.

Flow Wall System

Two things I love the most about homes, its Garages & Organization, I love seen a clean well designed garage, it tells me the owner of garages is a lover of machines. Whenever I would see celebrity homes on MTV Cribs I just wanted to see their Cinema Room & Garage. Something has to be said for a well design garage with all the tricks to make it that much cooler. With this system everything just looks so well organized and designed, I would not want it any other way with it. Also I think we can all agree that Bruce Wayne has the coolest garage period.

FLOW WALL® System is a modular wall storage and organization for home and workspace. Get your stuff off the floor and onto the wall: neat, organized, and easy to find when you need it. Create personalized storage space anywhere and get your life in order. Simply combine FLOW WALL® Panels and Storage Accessories for a customized storage solution.

The best part about it is that it is relatively well priced for the products, for about 500 KWD you can get a great set of cabinets and well area organized in the garage. I have seen storage items for garages in Kuwait and they do get a bit expensive. But with this it works nicely, I wish this was available in Kuwait, and if I was building a tool area I would get this storage solution for it, it would make the garage look that much cooler.

ELEMENT INDOOR SMOKELESS BBQ

I like to cook but sometimes it takes a bit too long if I’m doing it myself, thats why I love to grill, you get to see what your cooking as it happens, plus I love meats. One of the problems we have BBQing in Kuwait is that in the summer it becomes a little too hot to cook outdoors so I don’t BBQ as much. With the Element Indoor Smokeless BBQ I can easily BBQ indoors on a gas stove. Its an ingenious product currently being developed you have to pledge for it to be made over at ideacious.com (Same Idea as Kickstarter). I think there is a minimum order of 500 units to go into production, I’m not sure how close they are to getting there but I hope they get there but I really like the idea.

This unique cooking system uses a gas or electric stove element to heat a bed of lava rocks, creating the flavor of a traditional grill without the smoke or charcoal dust. Other features include a specific section for catching grease — making for easy cleanup — an adjustable grill height, and a removable handle.

Malibu Birdview Residence

The warm sandy beaches on the Pacific coastlines inspire impressive cribs in terms of size and architecture. For today we would like to showcase the imposing Birdview Residence designed by Doug Burdge in collaboration with interior designer Tim Clarke and located in Malibu. This diverse modern home stretches over 10,000 square feet and has no less than seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

This house feels like a breath of fresh air, I just love the huge windows not hiding any part of the view. A beautiful pool by the beach with this setting is amazing, I would spend a lot of time outside. The architecture is straight forward but the added style of glass and protruding stone adds to it and gives that nice open feeling. The interior is designed warmly and I would enjoy staying there, and I especially love the kitchen. Every room of the house has a piece of the amazing view, and that is the best part of this design.

Over The Cliff in Peru

This magnificent residence seems infiltrated in the ground with its asymmetrical volumes surfacing like a submarine. The home’s architecture is modern and diverse, offering unexpected angles of sight. Two amazing pools add color and entertainment to the overall project design. The building’s interiors take full advantage of the environment. Floor to ceiling windows allow unobstructed views of the ocean, while also ensuring a large amount of natural light during the day.

Rarely do I see house and think how the hell did they build it. It is a beautiful house built on a cliff with an amazing view, I haven’t been to Peru but I’m curious about going South America and there is a lot to see but this amazing design takes advantage of its location, I wouldn’t mind swimming in those pools during warm weather. The interior needs a little more work to be warmer, some more furniture and accessories and it would be perfect. I also think that there is a secret cave attached to house, just like Wayne Manor and The Bat Cave.

Black & White Houses – Kuwait

I have probably passed this house at least 100 times over the past year, and I have seen it from the 5th ring road as it is getting built, always when on the way to the Avenues. To my surprise I find that the house is featured in a lot of architectural design sites and blogs, I saw and said to myself I knew that house only to read that it is in Kuwait. At first I thought it was three houses but turned out to be six houses molded together, you cant tell when one house starts and the other ends. I always liked the design of the house and wish more houses took this approach to the land they had instead of building the square blocks that they currently are building in most areas in Kuwait.

The project has been complete by AGI Architects who work in Kuwait and Spain, they really seemed to have worked on it to make these houses into the form that they are, with the combination of the white and black colors they merged the six houses on the three plots into overlapping volumes. From the pictures the house seems to have a lot of natural lighting and have been designed in a way to provide each home with its privacy yet seem as one unit, I love the underground parking I just hope it has more then two spots per garage. I’m not even sure how one person can reach the other garage but it is quite a lovely home.

Platform Out/Home & Garden In

I was driving in Shuweikh and I was hoping that Abyat would be open early Friday morning, but that wasn’t the case so I was hoping to see if Platform was open only to find it gone, its no longer there. At the front of the lot is the rebranded bathroom selling store, and in the place of Platform is a store called Home & Garden. I’m assuming that it sells more Garden furniture and Gardening Items then most stores, and it seems that hardware stores such as Platform can’t survive on its own. There are specialized stores which sells tools Shuweikh but I’m not totally aware of their locations, as it seems the local contractors don’t buy from places such as Platform which was their target. Abyat took a different route and opted to provide home and office materials and interiors as well as some tools, concentrating more on the materials then the tools which has led to its success in this aspect. I was hoping that platform would continue but it just didn’t survive in Kuwait, lets see what Home & Garden will have in store for us.
