Isle Of Man & Guy Martin

How to out run a helicopter on a GSXR 1000 Superbike by Guy Martin

Guy Martin is one of those guys that has no fear, literally, to speed the way he does down those small roads in Isle of Man is insane. For those who don’t know Isle of Man is the only location in the world other then Germany that has no speed limits and every year there is a race called The Isle Of Man TT, these guys are just on another level. I would love to drive there once just to get the feeling but I think I would be over taken probably a good 100 times because I would be riding slow.

Griffin Helo TC

Rule the office airspace with HELO TC, the touch-controlled RC helicopter you control with your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad.

Griffin make the most interesting and convenient accessories for Apple Products, I wasn’t expecting them to come with helicopter controlled by your IOs device. And for $50 its very cheap and fun, you get to control it with any of your devices, through touch or tilt, I would prefer tilt.

Lambos On the Pacific Coast

Those are some very nice looking Lamborghinis driving in Los Angeles being followed by a helicotper. I don’t know what the point of this whole video but that road is a very nice piece of the Pacific Coast Highway, I have driven there a few years back, I even remember renting a Corvette C6 Convertible when it first came out in 2005 and driving it down those roads, and in those Gallardos it looks inticing. The music is a bit annoying and I would have preferred the sound of the machines, but still damn good.

Wowwee Bladestar Recieved

I have been curious about this product for some time now, I saw it was selling used on Ebay for about $35 and decided to get it. I received it yesterday, and it comes in this cool brief case, makes you think that its a spy tool rather then a flying toy. It turned out to be a lot smaller then I thought it was, the pictures looked a lot bigger then it was, I switched it on trying to test the sensor system which is supposed to avoid objects, but I haven’t gotten the hang of it yet. I was almost taken out by this little flying contraption, its supposed to fly away from objects, but this might programed with a kamakaze directive.

Flytech Bladestar

R/C Helicopters are always fun, tried one recently but I seemed to crash into people and walls a lot. WowWee who are the makers of Robosapien have come up with the perfect helicopter for fun indoors. The Flytech Bladester has a 12 inch wingspan and sensors, once you get it up in the air it moves way from walls, ceilings, objects, and other things which might stop it from flying. It can stay hovering in its spot without any control from a person, if you get to close it hovers away based on its sensors. I would want to try this out sooner rather then later, it looks like it would be a lot of fun.
