Chris Black possesses a power that could lead to the destruction of the current regime, and they will stop at nothing to destroy him. The chase is on as Chris runs for his life in this sci-fi thriller set in an alternate and futuristic Los Angeles.
What amazes me about this short film is that it was shot with a $5000 budget in Los Angeles using a RedEye camera. When I first saw this I thought it was a sneak preview of a movie since I didn’t bother reading anything now, now I wish they turn it into a TV Series or movie, it looks pretty damn cool with an interesting idea.

The one thing that stopped me the most from joining the Apple Bandwagon was DRM on the MP3s, even after getting an iPod I kept buying my MP3s from Amazon when they first opened their MP3 store. Then Amazon went region specific so I couldn’t buy most of the songs because I was based out of the US. Luckily by then Apple switched to DRM free but it isn’t completely clean. To appease the music labels Apple went ahead with another type of scheme. Now all your music is watermarked with your personal information just as the image above. Your name and other details are attached to the songs information, you have to look for it to find it, and it seems hard to find unless you know what your looking for. To them its simple you have nothing to fear from the watermarking unless it gets onto P2P or BitTorrents, then the labels come for your heads. One way or another the labels want control over the music, they don’t want you to have full freedom no matter what. But others have still resisted this pressure and selling songs fine.

There is a hero among us, the world is coming back to normal with full posts on Google Reader. On my last Google Shrinkage Post I was getting annoyed that most of my usual feeds were shrunk down to small summaries and a small pictures. Then from one of the of readers left a comment which solved most of the problems, these were for sites run by Gawker media and they have an alternate feed to see the full posts in your RSS Feeds and everything is back to normal.

Hey man, as soon as they started doing this some of the blogs posted “VIP†feed URLs. Just remove the current feed and add these feed URLs for each one and you can see the whole thing:
Kotaku:
http://kotaku.com/vip.xmlGizmodo:
http://gizmodo.com/vip.xmlBasically any of the gawker feeds if you put the site then /vip.xml you’ll get the full feed.
Hope it helps!

Sorting through pictures is a bit of a hassle for me, I need to use Picassa some time soon but I don’t even have all my pictures in one location. I take a lot of pictures and not all of them are that good, and sometimes I find old pictures that I wanted framed or events that I want to remember, then I stop my process of organizing and laugh at some of the pictures and remember the fun times. Sometimes one picture isn’t enough you want a bunch, then I get too lazy and stop the whole process and forget about it. So after seeing a few pictures I didn’t know what I wanted to do with them, kept searching online until I came across this site, there are lots of websites which do wonders with your pictures, but I liked the way they would take your pictures and integrate them into a photo album in any way you want and pictures of different sizes and qualities. They range from $10 to $350 and you can still customize even more, I really liked the Flush One which is starting at $350 and the quality is very high you can see from all the pictures online. they have different kinds, ranging from paper, to leather, to plastic, and different styles.

I use Google Reader to read most of the articles on websites and only comment if I want to, but most of the time I don’t even go to the website. That made things a lot easier and I was able to read a lot more with Google Reader but as of the last few months a few main websites have really changed the way they are presented on Google Reader:
Some of the Bigger Ones:
Now these websites only show picture and some information about the post, a small clip of the full post, but not the whole thing. This has become really annoying and a loss for them because I don’t get to read a lot of the posts as I used to, sometimes something interests me from all the pictures and information but I don’t even see that anymore. If I find something really interesting about the title then I open the post, but sometimes products, reviews, or news might be missed because you never know what else might be there. I don’t even know how to control your content on RSS feeds, if pictures show or not or the whole post or small clip, but this is annoying. You could change your view in GoogleReader from Expanded to List view, but even in Expanded view you only see a small clip.

Recently I have been downloading everything and anyting that I can watch, some good movies and some bad. For some reason I enjoy watching horror movies even crappy ones, they make me laugh but other people have to be around just so I won’t be the only freaked out. Animated movies I have to watch it on my own or with the right crowd, I hate if anyone ruins a good animated movie. The Blind Side, The Bad Lieutenant Port Of Call New Orleans, Astro Boy, The Cove, and The Rebound are one of the main ones I want to watch. Some of them I have already seen which pretty good like Sherlock Holmes, Armored, and The Men Who Stare At Goats. I always like having a choice of movies to choose from, depending on what I am feeling like.
The Movies:

I have a package from MyUS shipped through DHL which came in with 4 Hard Drives, a motherboard, some ram, and 4 Blu Rays. All the Blu Rays are animated movies, Green Lantern, Dante’s Inferno, Halo Legends, and Justice League Crisis On Two Earths. I have come to the conclusion that you can only buy cartoons on Blu-Ray or DVD into Kuwait so they won’t stop it. Bt I was wrong, it has been two days since they said they would get clearance and I told them its only a cartoon why would you stop it. They really drive me nuts, and they wonder why there is so much torrent downloads in Kuwait, people are honestly willing to purchase but if you make it this much of a headache then they won’t buy online. Put a 5% tax that has to be paid and that is it, no inspection nothing, Customs is supposed to make money for the country rather then waste time inspecting toys and other items. It will probably be clear in a day or two but this is seriously very annoying, and I just bought these because I like these animated movies so much that I decided to buy them. They don’t care about the other items, I have had more electronics shipped in in one box before without it being stopped at all but for movies they stop it.

There are a lot of access points out on the market, and I have tried quite a few, been through 2 Netgear, 2 Linksys, 1 Belkin, and 3 D-Link. Out of all them I would avoid Belkin, probably the worst out of all the products, was horrible out of the box, worse support and I would avoid all their products period. Linksys are good but not what it used to be, I still prefer the older models then the new consumer models. Netgear is nice when its working but after a while it would hang, I would have to plug it and unplug it, and one of them just stopped working. Overall the best solid products with little nonsense and high features are D-Link products.
Models
What I like out of them is full security features, MAC Filter, DHCP control, simple setup, and reasonably priced.

I have tried a lot of shipping companies and very few have been as consistent as MyUS with all my products and taking care of the shipments. The best part of MyUS is consolidating all your items into one big heavy box and so the shipment comes out to be cheaper then expected. What I really like about them is that they pay attention to the details, they send you an email with all the items that they recieved and when they consolidate the items they either keep the invoices together in the box and list the accumulated value which makes it easier for customs. They ship through three options, UPS, FedEx and DHL, and usually Fed Ex has the cheaper charges and they are very consistent in their shipments always 3 to 4 days from the moment it hits their mailbox. For small items that I don’t care how long they take I send it over to Aramex since it cheaper but it takes an average of a week to ten days, another decent service is UShopWeShip from what I heard, but the nightmare I just heard about is DHL since they changed their pricing structure without notification from Mark’s post. Overall MyUS has been consistent and they are very accomodating, and I’m going to stick to them even though they are a bit more expensive in the small items, but what I do is try to order a few items together for a heavier weight one shot and then shipping them, it has worked out to be cheaper then Aramex. Whenever I ordered a model or a large computer part Aramex would charge me an arm and a leg but with MyUS its within reason.
