The US was hit by nuclear attacks in major cities, and in the small town in Kansas they are completely cut-off from everyone at that point. Jericho is the small town which is isolated and they have to find out what has happened to the country and what they have to do. Jake Green is the main character in the show, and he is with his family when this all takes place, he came back after being out of the town for a little while and each person has some interesting history. This show starts off with this huge event and things move on from there, you see how the towns people interact and what happens when there is no law, you need force to enforce the law. The show just keeps getting better and better, with more twists and turns keeping you on your toes. At first I heard CBS was canceling the show, but because of the pressure from its dedicated fans they are bringing back the show next season to finish up the story. The final episode of the season leaves you wanting a lot more, and you really do love the show from the start to end.

If pictures are worth a thousand words then this picture says it all.

First off I do know some people saying that season 5 was better then season 6, and I agree on some parts but this season gave Jack a more human feel and you felt that he isn’t invincible!

Jack survived through hell just to start this 6th of day of his country’s crisis! He always put his life on the line and did whatever was asked of him which is usually considered impossible of any human to even comprehend. The ending got to me because now a lot of things have been closed and it leaves the next season completely open with new lines to be approached.

I felt bad for the guy, he does so much and he gets screwed every time. Nobody messes with Jack Bauer, I can’t wait for next season, its going to be a long wait until January of 2008.

Me and Mark had a 24 marathon yesterday before the season finale this coming Wednesday! I don’t what people tell me about Jack Bauer being a fictional character on show paid for by Fox or that his name is “Kiefer Sutherland” and that he has acted in other movies. At that moment in time I will proceed to put bullet holes in you, lots of them. You would slowly move away and start to run. Jack Bauer is real, a real hero, his the real Superman of our time: truth, justice, and little bit of ass-kicking and neck-breaking.

I went over to my cousins place on the very dusty day, ready to start our usual marathon. On my way there the roads were so dusty that I was sliding around on all the turns which was quiet entertaining. I got there and the first thing I ask for was some Orange Sherbert but that wasn’t readily available. We started off with Friday Night Lights, and I have to say the show just keeps getting better and better! I really do love this show and the season finale was great and I’m happy NBC signed it up for a season 2!

We were then interrupted by the arrival of our other cousin! He was late, very late, and he wanted us to stop watching Friday Night Lights (The Season Finale) to chat! What Blasephomy! We stopped and he wouldn’t answer some of our rediculous questions, but it was entertaining bagering him with rediculous ideas! He was annoyed with our ritual of marathon, but all will adhere to it!

Then started watching Sleeper Cell for a bit and then we stopped it since it wasn’t that good of show, I was disappointed really. We then swtiched to something a lot better, and I got to watch the most important scene in 300! It was fantastic! I don’t know how many times I have seen 300 but I still can’t get enough! THIS IS SPARTAAAAAA!!!!

Jack has got the ball rolling the best season yet has been season 5, and things have just been getting better. Season 6 hasn’t been the best but they are talking about taking it different for the next “Two Days” of 2008 and 2009. I can’t wait to see whats going to happen this season finale, but I can’t seem to get enough of Jack Bauer.

So I passed by my cousins this Thursday night since I have hung out with him for a while now. He has been traveling and I have been traveling. He also just had surgery done to have something removed which would have caused him some problems, I saw this as opening to attack him if he annoys me since he still recovering.

We had a clear set agenda:

I was happy he provided me with adequate quantities of ice cream! I also have to say that Heroes is just INSANE!!! I can’t believe that the season is ending, I really can’t get enough of it, I want to watch more. I was just happy for once we could watch a couple of episodes instead of just watching one episode which it has been like for the past couple of months. Friday Night Lights is still damn enjoyable and I hope they keep the show going next season since I heard they might not bring it back.

This show is about a covert army special operations team that goes on missions in and outside the US. They are a unit inside the US army who operate under a different directive and they perform their job well. This team doesn’t just involve the members of the team, it also involves their wives and children. Its a very interesting show, showing you the other side of the army and what they go through. The combination of the cast makes for an interesting start and from the first couple of episodes I got hooked. I didn’t know it was going to be this good, and there is a lot of action taking place as well as the drama taking place on the place which makes it a very realistic show. At this point I’m very much hooked on the show and I recommend anyone who likes this type of show to watch it. I finished season one at the edge of my seat and now I want more.

Review:

Due to all the traveling I have been doing recently I have some catching up to do! And it will take sometime to get on top of them and some I just recently started so this is going to be interesting for sure!

I think I’m leavin Stargate Atlantis for the summer since there won’t be a lot of tv shows in the summer. I also started Friends Season 10 because what I was waiting for just didn’t happen, somethings are just not mean to happen, C’est la vie. So I’m really enjoying Friends Season 10 and its really bringing back some college memories and it really hits me how much I love watching them and I love Rachel, Joey, Chandler, Monica, Ross, and Phoebe. They really became peopel you felt close to, even and I still can’t believe it has ended! I think after finishing season 10 I will watch the other seasons again, I can’t stop smiling and laughing. I remember the years in college when they said they might end it and when they extended the contract, they really went out on top!

Hopefully work won’t be too hectic that I can watch all these shows at my own pace. This is all excluding all the anime I have, I will have to find sometime for that too!

This is an off-shoot of 24 with a lot of the same people putting it together in the stunts, directing, affects, designs, and other fields. Its the story revolving about a rookie in CTU and you can check out the first two episodes online on the website. If you like 24 then you will find this enjoyable. It has an air of 24 to it, but a little different, I’m just hoping they don’t screw it up or else Jack Bauer will have to step in and lives will be lost.
