When I went to the gym my goal was to work on my back and legs after doing some cardio.
I didnt have lunch that day and went straight to the gym at 6pm from work
I went to the gym on my bike again, its just fun as hell going to and from the gym on the bike. I wear my bike gear over my shorts and t-shirt and it keeps me warm these days.
I put my bike gear in the locker room, and went up stairs straight to the elyptical, and this time I bumped it to 20 mins from 15mins from last week. And after I was done I felt like I could have gone more, and I was surprised. It felt good that I wasnt getting as tired anymore.
After that I saw two people I knew and said hello, and then I went to the machines and kept going it at for a while. I’ve begun seeing some of the same people that I usually see. There is one weight lifter who is pretty damn funny, and my friend is there a lot.
Then the salsa class started because I could a line of people walking behind me to the open area for the salsa class. I started trying pullups with the “helping” machine, which makes your weight a little less, you would know it when you see it. I have to say that I was dying when I was doing the pull-ups even with the help. So I need to work on that, but there has been improvement so I was happy.
After feeling that I got myself sufficiently tired I went downstairs and put my bike gear on to head home, and I always pass by Arjan Complex and that place is always packed with people.

What Im trying to do is a little different then just dropping weight.
Im at 96Kgs and my goal is drop all the way down to 80Kgs, from what I was told that is my ideal weight. But Im not the type of person to go on an all out diet and just not eat anything, that is probably the last thing I would do! I dont eat snacks or anything between meals, and I dont have a sweet tooth. So after a good meal, no matter what the dessert is it doesnt entice me at all.
After three weeks of working out at a consistent rate I havent dropping anything really.
From 96 Kgs to 95Kgs, but a few things that I have been feeling:
I feel like Im going to drop weight in due time, but I just want to make sure Im consistent in the gym, and it feels good that Im going.

Those who dont know should know! Pengiuns are extremely adaptable animals who live from the extreme cold to the extreme heat. Dont let their cute and cuddly look fool you. They are intelligent beings who are capable of taking over the world if need be, but for now they are observing us.
The main example of this is Skipper, Kowalski, Rico, and Private from Madagascar. In the picture above from left to right its Kowalski, Skipper, and Rico. I would like all of them to be my subordinants if need be. I dont think there is anything better the 4 ninja/commando pengiuns under your command.

You know when you a ton of things on your mind work, things to do, and just that feeling that your forgetting something. Its there you just dont know what exactly and for the life of you, you just cant remember.
I went into work today late because I didnt feel like making an extreme effort to get to work on time or early. I was half an hour late and comfortable about it. Expectin everyone at work to be late anyways. Then when I got there, there was almost nobody there for another hour! I was in shock! Why the hell didnt I come later! I was the early guy again!
Things in my head:
I need to get one day and sleep in for about 14-18hours! Thats exactly what I need! I have so much to do, but when Im trying to decide to do one thing while at home I just sit still in my chair and decide to entertain myself with some anime! I need a bit of break, and that will hit the spot! A few days to chill will empty out my brain! hehehe

I went to the Gym on tuesday right after work, because I didnt want to eat and I was stressed from being at work too long during the week. So I needed to hit the gym for a little while. I got motivated to go because the weather was nice and cool outside, and I wanted to ride my bike. It just gave me an excuse to go somewhere! I go in shorts and a t-shirt, and then wear jeans, the jacket, gloves, sneakers, and the helmet on top. So I wearing armor while Im riding to the gym.
I got to the gym parked by bike when downstairs but my bike gear in the locker and went up stairs to get started.
I started off on the Elyptical for 15 mins and this time I didnt feel tired at all. Knowing that I wasnt tired felt great, I knew I was improving but there were no direct results regarding weight loss, but I just felt good overall. There was a good amount of people in the gym, while I was working out they started the Salsa class which was 65% guys and 35% girls, which surprised me.
Salsa, Yoga, Aerobics, and those types of classes are just not my type of thing. For some reason I really not into being in a class when working out. If its a boxing course like what I did a while back its a little bit different since there is one on one interaction and you get to practice on dummy which was great.
Today was going to be chest and shoulders day.
When I was heading over to the back for the bench press I saw somebody I knew and he was in good shape! He told me I had a lot of motivation on the elyptical, I was just laughing about it, it was the music! hehehe
This time the goal was a lot of reps and some weights. I just wanted to get my blood pumping, and after a while of working out my shoulders and chest it was great. I was happy I was able to get a good workout in.
Im going with this idea:
Then after cleaning up I went to the locker room put my gear on and got on the bike to head home! Im almost out of gas, but I know I have enough to get me home.

Today on my way back home from work this guy is sitting on a an exit that turns into my lane and decides to go, I had NO area to brake, none! I would have slammed right into him. I couldnt believe he pulled out since he didnt have any opening. I am really lucky that the guy on my left braked and gave me opening! I cut left and barely avoided him. I swerved around the car that was in front of me and managed to avoid a bad accident. I put the window down, and thanked him. He said he saw that the nut case behind me pulled out and I had no where to go. I was extremely grateful that I had such a considerate person driving next to me. The guy behind me was giving me dirty looks, and I really want to get out of my car and pull him out his car through his window. I thought to myself that it isnt worth it. When the light turned green he tried to get in front me when turning left under the bridge trying to overtake me from the right.. where there is no space.
This guy turned out to be a nuts so he slipped in front of me and slammed on his brakes. I was in the Landcruiser and he was in a white Nissan pickup truck. After the other cars moved away I decided to make my move since there wasnt going to be any collateral damage. It was the last straw, I dropped the Landcruiser a gear and took off in the left lane even though he was trying to cut me off I had enough momentum. Then when I got in front of him I slammed on my brakes hard enough to make him stop and I got out of my car to literally take him apart. Then he turned into Khaldiya and ran away. I got back in my car, drove home thinking that was surreal because then my cousin called me and she had something hilarious to tell me so it felt as if this whole thing didnt take place. Now that I think about I wish I got my hands on him. What a nutcase almost hitting me, then slamming his brakes in front of me just to make me crash into him, and giving me dirty looks. I really wish sometimes I think less of the consequences and just beat the crap out of him, after reasoning through it thats when I decided to get out of my car and go for it. Too bad he ran I would have gotten a good work out from breaking every bone in his body with my fists.

I went to the gym yesterday directly after work, even though I was tired and hungry but I got myself to go in funny way even though I knew I was going to regret it. I decided to go to the gym on the bike. So I got on my workout cloths and put on the jeans and gear over it, and took off to the gym as soon as I got home. I knew I was tired, but I didnt want to give myself an opening to rest or else I would have passed out.
I got to the gym, parked up front and I saw some cars there. I put my gear in a locker and went straight up to get started. Suprisingly I got on an elyptical machine next to a friend so that was a nice surprise. Then I got on the machine and got going form there.
My goal yesterday was to work on my legs, and back.
The crazy part is there was a girl on the elyptical when I walked in and after an hour and a bit she was still on it. Non-stop and she was talking on the phone! I cant workout and be on the phone at the same time, I like to concentrate.
And the only meal I had at the end of the night was some taboulah, and Kabab. It hit the spot.

This was a milcha I had to go to because it was for a good friend. I was saw some family there and a lot of friends. The funniest thing in the world is seeing two people who know each other very well and cant remember the other guy’s name. That happened to me a lot, and I kept storing new numbers on my phone and then asking someone I know who was talking to them previously what his name was! I was there with some family and friends for over two hours, if he wasnt a good friend we wouldnt have stayed. There was a lot of food, but I could never eat at these types of events no matter how much food there is. I have to say towards the end of the night i never laughed so hard in a while, so many things were taking place and it was a fun event, but damn I was tired. Still though it was a great feeling seeing the guy happy and his family and friends attacking him at the end of the night! hehehehehe
You know when you just keep going and going all day long, doing whatever the hell you have to do to finish up. No time to eat or breath just finish things up. I kept on going with family stuff and work. Then I went to a friends milcha and I felt like passing out in the car, suddenly my body just wants to shutdown when I get home. I was exhausted, and the best part is just completely passing out today! You have those days where your soooo tired that you cant even move! Rollercoaster of a day!

This weekend has been a productive weekend.
I felt like I caught up with all the fun stuff that I wasnt able to do the past couple of weeks.
