24 is by far the best and following it up is Heroes, and then Prison Break. I am enjoying Stargate Atlantis, but I know it isn’t for everyone. The next on my list to watch at the end of the season is Friday Night Lights and Studio 60. Then during the summer I will be watching this year’s season of Smallville, Family Guy, and Scrubs. I think this will completely cover my TV time. I dont want 24 or Heroes to end! At the rate Prison Break is going it has to end to stay this good!

This has been one of great day, I was running between work and family. I officially have a very beautiful baby niece! I was at the hospital for a while waiting for news on the baby and the mother, I knew my brother was inside and I was praying for him, but for some reason I was too calm, I don’t know why. We heard both the mother and daughter were ok, and everything went well hamdilla. The mother was in recovery for a while, and after seeing my brother I went back to work. I couldn’t concentrate much, but I knew I had to finish a few things up before going back to the hospital.

When I left work I saw that my brother’s wife was ok, and she was in a good mood. I left her to rest and her family was there as well as my brother so I went to a place where I was needed. I went straight for my brother’s house to pick up my nephew. I picked him up, and I spent the whole day with him, it was great. He made me laugh, and I walked a lot since I took him outside for a little while. Before taking my nephew outside I dressed him up like a puffball so that he wouldn’t get a cold, but he looked funny to me. I was just happy I could entertain him while his mother and father were away. I has been a good day and I’m beat!

Episode 7 of 24 was insane, that means there is a lot going on then meets the eye and I can’t wait for episode 8! What the hell is Jack in for and how is he going to survive this one. This is the part when things start splitting up and they have to follow all the different leads. I was on the edge of my seat, and their are some political people that I really really hate.

I managed to get a good amount of riding this weekend, but I think my bike needs some tweaking. The clutch isn’t shifting right and I keep having to squeeze it after 5 -10 minutes of riding in one gear, but that isn’t a huge issue, I know it can be sorted out. I have a few upgrades that are coming in, I hope soon.

I got to see my nephew a bit this weekend, and he was funny as usual and he has this devilish look to him that he goes straight for something and thats great.

Getting a haircut or shaving my head, plus shaving the beard was exactly what I needed. I felt so damn clean after that and I felt very relaxed. And the beautiful weather couldn’t be any better. It was fantastic, it made for the week of the sand storms that just wouldn’t let up.

And getting to watch some good movies and a lot of anime was really chill. Just sitting in the basement and watching episode after episode, and some Dynasty Warrios in between! And now I want to beat Dynasty Warriors at hard, and its pretty damn hard, I have to use more strategy and I have to hit X alot. I never got used to commanding troops and assigning them to defend and attack, but now I have to. Then I got back to watching anime after beating one hard level.

I have been burning a lot of DVDs the past year, it has reached the point where I burn three to four DVDs a week to watch all the different shows I am keeping up with. I have been using the Nero 7.03 with its DVD burning software and as of recently I have been using VSO ConvertXDVD.

Usually you can put a maximum of two 45 min episodes on a DVD, if you put more then two then the software will reduce the quality of the DVD so usually you wouldn’t want to do that.

Nero:

• You can customize the background and include music background in the menu
• It can handle AVI and MPEGS but not MKV
• Its very simple
• Half way through a DVD it the sound and motion might distort so after that the sound is delayed 2-3 seconds which is extremely annoying, so after that I went looking for a different DVD burning software.

VSO ConvertXDVD:

• This is a simple concentrated DVD burning software
• Its flexibility is that it can burn practically everything to DVD, and the quality is extremely high.
• I haven’t had any distortions with the DVDs that I burned with this software
• Your only option with this software is changing the background, you can’t add background music
• You can not move the titles or menu selection in the DVD menu
• Your customization is limited, but the quality of conversion is the best I have seen

It has been one hell of a night, I had a late night meeting with an engineer and I finished that up before the guys came over.

The craziest thing was seeing who ate and didn’t eat chocolate, I kept my eye on the bag that was being attacked before and after dinner. I have to say that it seems people like chocolate, I had three Bounty bars, am I putting on weight? Maybe, but I felt damn good eating that Bounty. I know I need to loose weight after a week like this! Just rediculous, and damn funny.

We watched The Marine which has to be one of the funniest action movies I have seen in a while, we were all laughing because it was so orchestrated and this guy just couldn’t die and he was noting short of indestructible. It was a good night!

Tomorrow I’m going to be riding to work, and the only thing thats going to stop me is rain and nothing else! I want to ride! I also need to get a shave because my beard has gotten rediculous and its just uncalled for! So I’m looking forward to that.

Because of my cousins I have a huge surplus of chocolates, and they are just sitting there! I took some downstairs the other day and I noticed that guys really do like Chocolate! I like Bounty but my vice is tangerines. So I’m going to take this down stairs tonight for the night of chilling so we shall how much gets finished tonight too.

Food and Movies, going to be a good night.

There is something very strange with ths weather these days! I dont mind cold, hot, or wet weather but I can’t stand sand storms. The thing is it doesn’t have much use and its really annoying. The weather these days keeps changing and I don’t know if its going to rain, be hot, windy or anything else.

I have wanted to ride my motorcycle for the past two weeks, and as soon as I get up its dusty as hell or its raining or very windy. So then I can’t ride my bike in comfort because of these adverse weather conditions. It makes it annoying to go out because you keep seeing that it isn’t sunny outside and you don’t feel like it.

I had a rediculous amount of meetings today, but I was looking forward to having some of my friends and coworkers over after work. We all came straight from work, it was funny we were all tired but looking forward to a relaxing night. We were all talking to each other about work, but we had a few things we wanted to do and at the top of the list was play some Risk. But we also popped some Dynasty Warriors 5 Empires into the Xbox 360 and once we got into that it didn’t stop it was nonstop strategizing and fighting, decisions, and then we ate a little and decided to play some risk.

Playing Risk was hilarious since I was pissing some people off because of my erractic tactics, but I was enjoying that the most. I didn’t care if I was to win or lose it was just entertaining watching them getting worked up about me! hehehe! We were all laughing at the different reactions we were getting from people with American Dad playing in the background. As soon as a few of us were out, we got Dynasty Warriors going again, while people were playing Risk it was a good night, we needed it.

And I’m currently downloading 720p episodes of 24 and Prison Break! I can’t wait!

Between my Xbox 360 and PS2 I really have a lot of games I haven’t played, and that is not including the games I have for the PC. I’m a gamer and I love games, but for the life of me I can’t find the time to play these games.

• Naruto – PS2
• NFL Blitz (the new one) – PS2

And there are a couple I just can’t remember a couple of the top of my head. And some of these games are over 6 – 8 months old but still I want to play them because I know they will be entertaining. I need two weeks off to completely play these games, and no sleep!

It was one hell of a day yesterday, but I managed to finish up and then I was meeting up my cousins to watch Prison Break! It was going to be all day and all night event.

We started at 6pm and finished at 11pm. We watched Episodes 5 – 10 of season 2. I was going nuts, I wanted to see more this is becoming more and more intense! I really need to get more episodes, but I know in a few more episodes I will be caught up and then its going to be episode to episode just like 24 and Heroes, so being caught up really is annoying.

We had a good amount of Chinese food, and there were lots of chocolates because they demanded it. We had Kit Kat, Twix, Bounty, and Snickers, the only one I ate was Bounty because I love the taste. And we were watching the burned dvds through my Xbox 360 at 720p and its even clearer then the DVD player and having the Xbox 360 remote is great.
