Im feeling exhausted at work, not much sleep has drained me but today is my day to do relax and enjoy some movies with the guys.

The first thing Im going to do tonight is:

• Watch 24 Episode 6 in 720P HDTV

(I dont allow breathing let alone talking while watching 24, and I will snap at people then kick them out!!!)

So after that we are going to pick a couple of movies to choose from with the guys, so that is going to be fun, but I have feeling I might pass out towards the end of the night.

Work seems to be piling up again after I finished up a good amount over the week. So I might have a rough day on Saturday but I don’t mind since Im going to be prepared for it. Inshalla!

I just want to get a lot of riding done this weekend and catch up on Heroes and finish up with Smallville, Im going to make my cousin sit down and not move so that we can finish the series! He is addicted to World of Warcraft’s expansion Crusaders, and he is the type not to leave until he levels up his character all the way. So I either have to rip him from the computer or pour water all over his screen. Finishing up a couple of anime series this weekend hopefully!

I came back from work to find my nephew and sister in law at our house! The moment I walked in I snuck into my room so my nephew won’t see me and I dropped all my office things on my desk. Then I went straight to the living room and he turns around and puts his hand up wanting me to pick him up, I just couldn’t say no! So I was walking around doing a few things I needed to finish real quick and the funny part is he doesn’t let anyone pick him up except for my sister in law and my brother, my mom wants to pick him up but he doesn’t let her and so she tells me to put him down when I pick him up! hehehehe! He is hilarious because he is getting the hand of walking/running/wobbling! He runs into a few things, but he is learning to avoid a few things! What I love about the kid is that he doesn’t cry much when he gets hurt, he just rubs the spot for a bit and if you dont make a big fuss of it then he won’t react but sometimes he does hurt himself and he is a baby so it can’t be helped. Then we had a late lunch and after that each one of us was playing with my nephew or he chose who to play with at a specific time, it was funny!

After that I had to go out and visit family and roads were wet so I could see cars sliding around again. Its weird both sandstorms and rain, it just really doesn’t help. So I made it to my aunts place and then I had to pick up a phone for someone on my way back so I went to sharq to pick it up. I was driving home and my mind was wandering different places. I was tired as hell because I haven’t been getting much sleep the past couple of nights between family and work so with the music my imagination got rolling, even though I knew I was looking at the road I was driving slow because my mind kept wandering I wanted to keep a cushion between me and the cars in front of me. When I got home my nephew had already left but I was in a daze, but as I went to crash I couldn’t fall asleep until 3am. My sleep is out of wack and I still came into work at 8:30am.

So I made two orders from Amazon one was a single mp3 player and the other was a large amount of DVDs. I got the delivery from DHL with all the DVDs in three days including a check from Customs and Ministry of Information. So I was surprised that I even got them, I was expecting a delay from the checks, but I didn’t even expect them to be Kuwait that fast. I still won’t give DHL the crown or anything like that, but I will be trying them more often to see if they are consistent with this performance. If they are then I will be making most of my orders through them which are DVDs, Books, and other items, but electronics, games, and a few other items must be delivered to a US Address.

Currently Aramex is performing at its usual standard I have yet to see how long it will take them to deliver the packages to Kuwait. They are off to a bad start since the box was delivered on the 26th of January at 10 am, it is a Friday but they had all day and a shipping company of this level should be operating on Saturdays just like any good courier service. It was signed for on the 26th of January by K Gordon, but on the Aramex website there no updates, until today it said date recieved on the 29th which seems to me as a bad start. They recieved it ont he 26th but didn’t even register it in their system until the 29th, there should be packages sent off on Saturdays, but seems they only do business Monday to Friday. As of right now the package might be on the way since they might not have updated the information on their website, only time will tell.

I’m going to be ordering through DHL again soon to test if the situation remains the same or if anything changes. Hopefully DHL sustains this level of performance.

I have been running around a bit from work, and I got home around 5pm and I had a late lunch and I had to leave by 6:30pm to go to a family event at my Uncle’s place and I like my Uncle a lot! So I was there for about an hour and then I had to go to a good friend’s Milcha at the Sheraton and so I left and got there around 8:30pm and I stayed there for 45mins! I was really happy for the guy since he is really a good man and the girl is lucky to get such a nice and good guy, and his family is very nice too. Inshalla alah kaatibluhum kil khair!

At that Milcha a friend and myself got really hungry and I really didn’t feel like eating at a buffet so we decided to go get a bite to eat somewhere close which isn’t crowded and we went straight for The Burger Hub next to Al Seef Palace. I have never been there before but I always pass by. My friend knew the owner who was behind the counter in a chefs clothing. I am extremely happy and supportive of businesses which are started by entreprenuers and they put their heart into it. He went into the kitchen when it was getting crowded and I have to say that is one of the tastiest burgers I have had in Kuwait, medium rare slowly cooked with the right amount of condements! Nothing overwhelming the other, it was great. The french fries was good too, and there were a lot of other burgers but I wasn’t sure what to choose so I chose a regular cheese burger with grilled onions cooked until medium rare and it was perfect. It disappeared from my hands quickly and it was very juicy! I’m just happy that there are people who are willing to put some real effort into their business and I hope more people start business like him in Kuwait.

Then Im home watching some Black Lagoon to finish up the good series soon.

Nothing more can be said! DHL did what I only can dream of! The items got here without any delay and I was totally and utterly shocked! So my cousin was right, I should order dvds, cds, and books directly to Kuwait through DHL. Anytime you order from Amazon.com and have an international address they deliver with DHL. I think this might be too good to be true, but I’m still shocked, it was even inspected by MOI and Customs and it arrived here Sunday afternoon, this is really surprising. I might try this again later but Im still not sure.

As for the goods, I ordered a bunch of anime which I wanted to continue but there were two imporant items in the box that I had to have:

• 24 Season 5
• Transformers – The Movie 20th Anniversary Special Edition

Things have been going back and forth the last couple of days with the cold! You really dont know if its going to rain or be cold or hot! Today seemed to be a warm day but later on in the evening there was a cold wind. I was really feeling good about going out since I like the cold or cool weather.

I had to go and visit my uncle who had a bad case of the flu and some problems because he didn’t treat it early, so he was at the hospital. This was the first time I went to the MTC Hospital next to Sabah Hospital, and I have to say that it is pretty nice! I wish there were more public hospitals like that! It was only for the ears and nose, but it was still one very nice hospital.

After that I went and picked up my N73 which was fixed for 30KD for the new cover, a rubber cover to go over it and the upgrade. I didn’t mind paying that much since the cover was Nokia OEM and it felt like the phone was new. I was still feeling tired from the day, but at this point all I can think of is two things:

• Tangerines!

I asked my cousin if he wants to watch smallville this evening but he said he is too busy playing the expansion pack for World of WarCraft! CDC! So I decided to go to the basement with some anime and tangerines!

After a while of searching around for a good mp3 player and something new and different I have finally arrived at my choice! The Trekstor Vibez 12 GB Mp3 player! Has the looks and design of a modern mp3 player with a lot of functionality, all for the price of $199. It has the feature to play old mp3s which you haven’t heard in a while, its playlist capabilities are interesting plus all the normal features. And the recharble battery is easily replaceable. I ordered this a couple of days ago from Amazon, but I had to go through Aramex since they won’t do a direct delivery to Kuwait. I can’t wait to get my hands on it. It has only been released in the states since the end of december so it isn’t available everywhere. I will write a full review after using it thuroughly!

I ordered some dvds from Amazon to be directly sent to me through DHL, and I ordered an mp3 player to be sent through Aramex to Kuwait. We shall see how this turns out.

I wanted to test which one would just come through! One thing is that I want to see who will deliver faster DHL or Aramex. I will be posting the list of DVDs and the one gadget that I want! I know that DHL will arrive sooner, but I just want to see what happens with customs in Kuwait. Hopefully this time it won’t get stuck for two months!

I love how in Smallville they are giving the small hints of Clark having something for Lois! And Lana is getting on my nerves because she is only causing Clark trouble! Lois is so freaking and hot and I love her attitude, smart kick ass woman! Not much more you can ask for, and its her attitude which is great. And that is why she seems to be knocking Superman of his feet and leaving him speechless at times. I did get motivation to workout after riding my bike but I got more motivation after watching the YouTube video and I love the song!!

So after riding I got home I was happy I had sometime on my hands and I had a few things I wanted to do!

I headed straight for the basement to continue to watch Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Mans Chest. I watched an hour and a bit last night but I had to get up early the morning to go riding so I couldn’t keep on watching the movie. I decided to finish the movie before starting on things I wanted to finish. I really enjoyed the movie and it was entertaining and I can’t wait to see Pirates of the Caribbean 3! So then I went up stairs and started organizing some papers I had and I decided to get a few things done.

I remember I wanted to get some music off an old mp3 player but for the life of me I was having trouble finding the drivers for it. After 20 minutes of searching forums I managed to find the drivers in the depths of the net and then I had to find software to get music off of the MP3 player since it wasn’t showing up as a hard drive. I was just happy I got a lot of my old music back! I’m slowly getting my music folder in older! I know I got a lot scattered all over the place but these are the first steps.

Then I was cleaning up some old CDs and listening to them seeing how to organize them! It feels good that I am organizing things well!

My brother, his wife, and my nephew came along! So I after a little organizing on the pc I was sitting with them and I was getting hungry. When I smelt lunch I got hungrier and I was feeling tired. I was happy we had some good stuff on the table, and I eat quickly because I was hungry. People were still eating and talking while I was slowly passing out on the table.

After getting up from the table I washed up and decided to take a nap, which ended up to be a 4 hour nap! I was tired but when I got up I had the sudden urge to have 31 Baskin Robins Orange Sherbert! I really wanted it, I dont know why! But when I walked outside I saw the tangerines and I went straight for it! It was good! I ate while watching some anime! I felt good and i knew I would be sleeping well tonight!
