Thanks to a friend for sending me this important piece of information. It is a well known fact that due to Idiots Writers Guild that many shows have been delayed. 24 has been delayed so much that it has been delayed to Jan of 2009, I’m happy that it has been delayed so that we wouldn’t be hung in the middle while the schedule catches up. Now there is a new piece of information, there is a two hour TV movie in the works which is supposed to air in a few months to fill-in the gaps between Season 6 and Season 7. This was really good news, now I have something to look forward and at least a few hours of Jack.

This is just a funny thought that has been going through my head, and a discussion with a few friends how things have changed. Over the years I have bought a lot of DVDs, even of movies that I have seen and I just wanted to have.
To buy a DVD I had to justify buying it, I hate to spend money on crappy movies even if I just wanted to have them. Back in the day the quality of downloads weren’t that good, but over the years that has changed. At this point I’m trying to download all the movies I ever watched, enjoyed, loved, and even remotely liked. The list is very large, the best part is getting all the movies I have ever watched in a very large database. I don’t even mind buying the movies, but they should let us do as we please not have them in a fixed format to watch only once on one machine. I’m about to start ripping all the DVDs to my hard drive, but I want them in XVID/AVI format and need the right software.
Now this has turned out to be an interesting show, its about a Suburban widow who recently lost her husband and she lives in the typical white suburban area. The odd thing about her is how she has been introduced to Marijuana, and becomes the king dealer of white suburbia, while still maintaining her suburban lifestyle to a degree. She goes to the PTA meetings, checks on her kids, deals load of marijuana, meets up with dealers, gets frightened which has to fight for her territory. The story is damn original, its hilarious and its the perfect mix of drama and comedy.

Well this was a bit expected from this series, but what I didn’t expect was how much I was going to like the car. For those who don’t know the voice of kit in the New Knight Rider is Val Kilmer, his voice fits but what has led Val Kilmer from Tombstone and Heat to Knight Rider’s KITT car. I didn’t have high expectations for this series to begin with, and this was a 2 hour pilot.
Lets start off with the good, the car is amazing, very well designed and implemented. There are some interesting actors, and the story line does follow the old. Now for the bad, the script couldn’t have been written any worse, we were saying the words before they even spoke, it was very cliche and extremely predictable. The acting wasn’t just bad, it was painful to watch them at times. You have to know its bad when the best acting in the show is the 4 minutes that David Hasselhoff is in the TV pilot movie. If your a fan watch it for the sake of that, but if you are not that avoid it at all costs.

This is the list of shows that I am currently following, with the writers dead in the water it gave me a chance to catch up with the shows that I have. I’m honestly surprised I haven’t seen these shows earlier, Weeds is funny as hell, can’t get enough of Big Shots, and I really do enjoy Gossip Girl. There are a lot of good shows out there, but I’m a bit disappointed with Prison Break Season 3 from the first episode I hope it gets better.

And it just keeps on kicking, the writers of these shows are geniuses and they have now introduced Clark’s cousin from Krypton, Kara who is quite easy on the eyes. I’m not much into blondes but she could stop traffic, still my favorite on the show is Lois Lane. The season has turned to be interesting there is more brewing under the surface then it is know, and there are some stories left to unravel.
My cousin and I started at 4:30 pm on Friday on Episode 2 of Season 7 to Episode 9 of Season 7 until about 11:20 pm. It was one hell of a good time we just going episode to episode, I wish I had more then two more episodes. Its good when you watch all the episodes in one go, and watching one episode to the next sometimes drives you nuts but Smallville is really good and worth watching.
I was searching through the database of series that I currently have, then there were the old shows that I used to follow. These were the good ones from back the day, there are good shows these days as well but these ones just bring back good memories.
I just can’t get enough of this show, I’m all caught up with season 6 and I just watched episode one of season 7. Season 6 was one hell of roller coaster, they made things really interesting and they seem to be integrating a lot of the stories from DC Comics. What I like about this season of Smallville is that it isn’t just about the next Kryptonite bad guy but about the relationships in Clark Kents life and how he was developed. Whoever is picking the music for the show is a genius they have gotten it right from day one, and with those important scenes they get the right songs going.
A lot of action with a lot of drama, a great show and I don’t know how they are going to wrap it up with season 8 next year.
I was curious about this show, and I didn’t hear much about it. The only thing I have to say is that this is one of the funniest shows in a long time, it is refreshing. Tina Fey is the creator of the show and she is a genius. This TV show is about a TV show that is done in NBC in Rockefeller Plaza and Tina is one of the main characters trying to run the production of her show. Alec Baldwin is the new boss in NBC and he is making things happen. I have to say that Alec Baldwin is hilarious in his role, and Tracy Jordan is fantastic in the show.
Some how they managed to get the right combination for the cast, they pulled it off and its hilarious. I hope this show keeps going as refreshing as it is, I can’t stop laughing from episode to episode. I recommend it for everyone to watch.

So I’m still feeling a bit under the weather and so I stayed in for the night didn’t feel like moving around. My cousin came over since he wanted to watch some shows, I thought that would be a good idea since that means I would remain stationary and warm in the house. Some kabab sandwiches and tv are always a good combination to just keep on watching more TV. I haven’t seen Smallville in a while so I decided to watch the show, and I was damn happy I did that.
It seems there have been more developments in Smallville I haven’t watched it for a while now and I have to watch it from Season 6. One fact that never changes is that Lois Lane is hot and whoever says otherwise shall be shot, something about her feisty attitude that just makes that character perfect. I do love the storyline of the show, and I can’t get enough, I can’t believe its been going for seven years now and I hope it keeps going. It seems things get interesting in Season 7, so I might be having a season 6 marathon to catch up with my cousin, there is going to be one late night on the weekend to do all that.
