Didnt sleep much last night, I got about 2.5 hours of sleep. I have been at hour and it feels like I want to kill somebody to keep myself awake. I have had three cups of tea which have been very soothing. And I really dont like coffee, my phone keeps going off and I really wish I had a hammer at this point! I would have probably broken a lot of things!
And what happened to people this morning! I was driving to work on the same route I take during Ramadam and it was traffic as usual, but EVERYONE was flying and I mean EVERYONE! I was being cut-off by women left and right, I wasnt the only guy surprised, I thought I was driving fast until these women kept on flying buy. I dont know what was up today!
Feeling like a zombie, but Im really going to try to hit the gym! I want to get things moving. I think I will go and kill off the rest of the energy left in me!

The package was supposed to have arrived on the 30th of October based on the estimated arrival of FedEx, but thank you for the amazing service from FedEx it arrived while I wasnt home on the 25th, and it cleared customs. I opened up the box, and I was happy as hell to see the Alien Symbol looking straight at me. It also included the other items that I ordered with it. After a minute I started to move the box when I realized that the god damn customs ripped the box in half on the other side, it said on the box that it was open by Kuwait customs, but I just thought that they took a look inside the big box, but no they ripped the Alienware box, and they took in the laptop out of its protective foam setting and the plastic bag that it was in. Then they shoved the laptop back into the box, I wanted to kill somebody at that point. I really was worried that the laptop was damaged since it was out of its shock absorbing setting. I know how Alienware usually pack the laptops and desktops so I wasnt worried at all about the shipping, but after what I saw customs did I was going to go nuts. I wanted to kill somebody!
So I started the laptop up, and there was the usual Windows startup and setting it up like usual. And after going through a few things, I was happy that it was working extremely smoothly! No problems! I want to put a curse on those customs guys! They could have just x-rayed the damn thing and found out what they wanted!

I was thinking about this the other day, when I was traveling different currencies have different feeling of how much they are worth really. And this is the result I came up with. I dont know if people get the same idea or feeling when it comes to different currencies.

UK Pounds
The British pound feels like a lot of money, it hurts to spend it especially on taxis or other items. I got used to it since a long time ago. The 50 pound note is especially worth a lot since you can do a lot with it, and whenever you use it people think its fake. It just feels like its heavey for some reason.

Euros
The new Euros feels like damn Monopoly money, they could decide on one normal color or just a few. They decided to choose every color Skittles had available and used them. So every time I had a note it feels like its really wierd, you dont feel like a 100 euros is more then 100 bucks. You dont feel the value of the money beind used, and on top of it everywhere in Europe that used to be cheap became rediculously expensive since the introduction of the Euro. Its all like candy!

US Dollars
Now this is a currency that carries its weight. I value every penny I spent since even when gas was expensive it hurt like hell! Spending 60-80 bucks on gas was hell! Thats why riding motorcycles became even more useful! 10 bucks for a tank and it would last for a while. A 100 dollar bill would do a lot, and you could buy a lot of food with that. Even when buying electronics you feel everyting being spent!

Kuwaiti Dinars
Kuwaiti money carries it weight, but because everything is so over-oriced when it comes to electronics that you feel its expensive as hell! Plasma screens that are supposed to be 700KD are going for 1200KD. When you spend it on gasoline you do feel that things are relatively cheap, and you can get a lot for your money when buying food. 40 KD would last you a while, but just dont buy any electronics.

UAE Dirhams
This currency reminds of the Italian Lira back in the day, 500 dirhams is less then 50 KD, and it feels like it too! When you get a bill at a restaurant for 200 dirhams after eating a huge meal you dont feel like the money is worth much. Even when buying a phone they will tell you its like one thousand dirhams. I just dont like the notes either, I think they need to redesign their currency at this point! Imagine you get the chance of designing a new currency now that would be cool.

Everytime I even think of a new years resolution I know Im not even really going to go through with it completely! So I decided to come up with the Eid Resolution, since the next Eid is coming up pretty quick, and I should at least do something that is possible! My goal is to go to the gym at least twice a week for next few months. I know this is going to be hard to stick to, but I will try to up it up to three times a week. I gained weight during Ramadan, but I lost some weight during the 10 day period of non-stop work since I had to eat light to go back to work at night. But other then that I gained weight, and after getting on my bike the other day I felt a bit heavier then usual. After all the times people have been telling that I have gained wieght, I pretty much dont care but when I got on my bike and felt a bit heavey I knew I had to hit the gym! That was the last straw! And now that Ramdan is over I now I have some regular time back! Enough to do a few things here and there! And one of those things is going to the gym on a regular basis!
This awesome I have been trying to figure this out for a while now, and at last I have figured how to hook it up. With the bluetooth on my laptop I am able to connect to the internet.

The images come up a bit distorted though, but at least I could see all the text clearly and make a few posts. I just wanted to try it out. With the GPRS connection you pay I think 9KD for unlimited downloads, so Im going to abuse it. But I think they are going to do something underhanded because its MTC!

Need a break! Time to relax in front of the water! Away from too many things! So I decided to head towards the water!
So Im meeting up with some friends to have some fun in the sun! Even those of them who work at the banks! hehehe! Some of my friends are going to work and coming straight back from the shalaih!
That means nonstop water and tv! I wonder how cold or hot the ocean is right now! How great is this, its towards the end of October and you can still swim! And ofcourse Im going to take a million pictures!

In the next 48hours Z District will be going through some changes! The storm is coming! I hope all of yall will like it. All the change is being done by Jackie! I would thank her and her team of ducks for making this happen.
I would also like to thank Ananyah for getting me on the blogosphere in the first place!
I was having a blast yesterday! Even though I woke up at 5:30am to go to Eid prayer, I felt great! Everywhere I was going took me 5 mins! No problems to here or there! I want back and forth between family! I kept giving all these kids different amounts based on how closely related they were to me! And some kids who were so freaking adorable I couldnt resist buying their love! The money that went away was more the well worth it because it made these little kids so happy that they were bouncing around like no other. Some of my cousin’s kids who are really adorable I cant help wanting to take them with me home! After driving around for hours and visitng family I needed something cold for a break! So I remembered that starbucks is open! My Eideeya is probably the best in Kuwait! Empty streets left and right, and get a nice cold Tazoberry in this nice heat! Gotta love Eid! When everyone leaves Kuwait I want to stay! And yes I got a doughnut! I just needed one to go with the Tazoberry!

That is what I call Ramadan after I realized what I kept eating! Nobody feels like fish during Ramadan for some reason, and if you feel like it then they look at you as if something is wrong. They tell you not to eat fish because it will make you thirsty but by that point your already drinking and eating, so that statement really didnt make sense to me. But almost everyday I would be eating some form of chicken or another! It was fantastic, and I would eat until I was completely stuffed! The orange dish is mathrooba which mashed chicked and rice, tastes heavenly. And the white/yogurt dish is shishbarak, dont ask me what it is because I dont know! All I know is that it tastes damn good! And of course the chicken dish is Machboos Chicken. The cornerstone of putting me to sleep at 7pm! hehehe
Ramadan.. the Month of the Chicken!

The package arrived at my friends place on the 20th of October. So after a day of work he took the laptop and the other accessories to postal annex. And he had it sent yesterday, so its going to take a week to get here. Thats the fastest there is since its a large box because of all the padding. It will arrive here on the 30th of October which at least the customs is open. I will really be looking forward to opening it up.
