Yesterady I got into work at 7:30am knowing that I have a lot of things to do. I knew I was going to work at least until 5pm non-stop to get things done. By 4:30pm I started feeling tired and hungry, but I kept going with a few other people. It was one hectic day, everything on top of each other, phone call after phone call! People were bouncing off the walls emails were flying all over the place! It was like a tsunami!

Later on through the day I realized that I was getting hungry and there was one person working with me, and two other people working on other stuff. Literally we couldnt stop working it was like a train that couldnt stop! By the time I realized somebody was asking me something and all I could think about was that Chicken Shawarma from the Milcha and how much I wanted one at that point. We were all laughing because I was loosing it! We just kept on going and going, the only thing that kept us going was some biscuits and a ton of water! I didnt stop drinking water! It was a Wednesday night and everyone was calling me, because I texted and bailed on a lot of people earlier in the day, saying “Im out, cant do anything stuck at work”.
Towards the end things were getting slower, and my brain was beginning to shutdown and I was zoning out! Then I look at my watch and it was 10:35pm. I thought that was enough and took off. Got home had some dinner, chatted up with the family for about an hour and passed out to get back into work at 7:30am.

I have to say 7up I had this morning just hit the spot. I just needed something different in the morning, its usually water but this time I wanted 7up for some reason. And it hit the spot. Got in at work 7:48am and things just kept going from there. This is going to be one rough weekend.

I have been using this shampoo from FCUK for the past 2 years, and it has been great! I just like to jump into the shower and use something smells fresh/sporty and gets all the dirt off, be it after riding, the gym, fun in the sand, working on my truck, changing a tire, cleaning an old dusty pc, or whatever the case maybe! It does the job and gets it all off with a refreshing scent to it. If ever a smell was to be tagged sporty then this would be it! I suffocate in elevators, cars, and small rooms from people who spray a gallon of colonge after a show or after smoking. It is seriously horrible, I have made it clear to some friends about it and I think they got the point since I can breath around them now, but some people that you dont know or at work might be suffocating you and you cant do anything about it! I use colonge maybe once every two to three weeks, other then that its just the shower! I used to buy 4-5 bottles whenever I go to London so they could last me a while, but I just recently found that they are selling in Boots in Marina Mall, and I would recommend any guy to try it out. Its light, smooth, refreshing, and most of all clean!

Its getting rediculous again! Its annoying when things become like this! In a perfect world things would work in a timely manner, and you would be able to depend on different people, but at this point it isnt the case! Time lines need to be met, I have to meet with different people, and things just have to go crazy!
Ripping their heads off is an understatement! Dont promise me something and not come through! Just dont promise in the first place! Have some damn work ethic! Be honest to the work that needs to be done, and dont underestimate it! And it seems to be the case in Kuwait to ask for the impossible at the last minute without thinking that it could delay what they want to do.
This is going to be one hell of rollercoaster! Its been like Ramadan, I dont eat until the sun sets! If the weather is good this weekend Im going riding! I dont care I need to ride! thats it! Bes!

So I went to the gym last night at 9pm since that was the only opening I had. And I have to say that it felt good, it was time number 2 and since I pretty much became stubborn and decided to stick to what I said. I achieved twice a week and now I think I should bump it to at least 3-4 times a week.. as long as I have time Im going to go!
First time was a warm up, this time I went full out.
Lunch: Grilled Fish (5:00pm)
9:30pm
Gym:
15 mins on Elyptical Trianer.
3 set of 8 reps at the Bench Press.
Worked my shoulders, and chest. I honestly dont remember the names of most of my workouts, I just remember that these are the ones I did before.
The resistance workout only took 40 mins since I want to be consistant, and taking timed breaks between sets.
After I was done with that, I went to the Elyptical Trainer for another 7 mins to help me from being sore the next day.
A friend of mine is helping me figure out the different excercises, he will email what he does in the states right now. He is good, and he has been doing it pretty right for the past few years. So with his help, and the trainer at the gym Im planning on sticking to this!
Dinner: Cup of Yogurt with Honey.

This is something that I noticed because of what I do. You can sign into GTalk in multiple locations, so when someone sends you a message it would show up on all the computers your signed into. So in my case the message pops up at home, then the Desktop PC in one office at work, and my laptop at the other office at work. And sometimes if your computer is acting up you might here a ding, but it wont show up except at the other places so it will be satisfied that the message went through but you didnt know. I see it sometimes happening to me, and if there is a hang-up on your end it acts normally on the other computers so even if you disconnect and the other PCs are still signed in then the person your talking to will assume your still signed in but nothing is showing up. Well I thought I would mentioned it since with other chatting programs once you sign in at one place it disconnects the other, but honestly I prefer the way GTalk is, but I find it funny when it does this!

I went to a friend’s Milcha (male wedding ceremony) today, and I remembered how tired the groom, father of the groom, and father of the bride get because they stay standing for over 3-4 hours shaking hands of people who want to congratulate them. Its hectic to say the least, and its great seeing some old friends and seeing friends that you just spoke to 5 minutes ago. You just keep seeing more and more people, there are some people who I havent seen in over 6 years so it was great just finding them again and talking about old things. I just think that traditional Kuwaiti milchas are great because they bring friends and family together! Its hilarious when they were trying to take the groom’s picture with his friends since people were physically harrasing him in the background. Really enjoyable time, but the humidity and heat was making it impossible to sit down you had to keep moving. I tried staying in the informal area, but after a while I went to the formal area to realize the A/C was working in that are and wasnt working in ours! I could smell the good shawarma and all the other good dishes but I decided not to eat anything because I knew I wanted to go the gym!

I think they should rename the Toyota Landcruiser to the Toyota Tank. This vehicle can really take a beating! Since we didnt have a chance to get into the water during eid it was pretty windy and decently humid so we decided to go ahead with other activities. Two ATVs and two SUVs into some relaly fun sand dunes. I have been driving back and forth to Fahaheel to fill up the fridge with all sorts of goodies, and I went back and forth while the Landcruiser’s fuel gauge said empty! This car keeps going and going non stop, makes the Energizer Bunny look lazy! I took some dunes like it was straight, I think my friend hurt his neck when he hit the roof… twice! hehehehe! It was like going back 6 years to some teen shinanigans! And we helped out some people who got stuck in some sand! It was a good time! I love building up vehicles to become purpose built off-road machines! A silver car always hides all the sand all over it! hehehe! Nothing a high pressure hose couldnt solve!

My nephew is breath of fresh air everytime I see him, plus Im his favorite uncle! This kid has gone through some interesting phases, he seems to like rolling carpets. He would sit next to a carpet and then try to roll it up. And he likes chewing on some box that I have and he laughs a lot when I get on all fours as well and I bite the box from him too, then in turns into a big dog little dog scenario! Of course I let go because he gets frustrated and starts using his hands! I love this little kid! He just makes me laugh.
He has a few favorite words like “dadada”, “biguu”, “popeee”, and a few other ones. Sometimes if he wants me or misses me he shouts popee and gives me that teary eye look and puts his hands out for me to carry him. If my heart was as hard as daimond, from that look it broke. I cant help but pick him up and take him to do his bidding. I let him go where he wants but I let him also figure out that this hurts if he does something he isnt supposed like if he is playing with the closet doors, but I make sure that he doesnt really hurt himself, but really boys will be boys!
Today I was the driver and with my mother we took him to Fantasy World, which I knew where it was but I have never been in there! After walking in it reminded me of Toys R Us Kuwait, but it didnt feel as big. We just wanted to take him somewhere that we knew had kids and their wasnt any really traffic around it, and that was the spot. When we walked in he kept looking up at the cieling because of the neon lights. And we pretty much wanted to get him something to entertain him while visitng our house, after walking around for a little bit he picked up one thing that he wouldnt let go off. It was a plastic ball with comic book characters on it, I thought that I couldnt love him any more, but I was wrong at that moment! The kid loves comics! He is only 10.5 months old! hehehe! And out of all the things that we could have got for him it was a 1KD ball that made im the happiest little kid in the world! God I cant enough of him, and he makes me love him more and more everyday!

I think today was going to be an easier day, but after working out last night I ended up staying up until 2:00am with family for reasons outside of my control. I pretty much wanted to pass out right after taking a shower. It was just that feeling after taking a nice shower. I would also like to thank the guy in the office who brought me tea this morning without me asking for it.
My chest is sore as hell right now, and it feels damn good! At least I know the workout did something, and Im planning on going Monday again to get things on schedule. You know its going to be a long day when you have more things to do after work then you do at work. I just want to take a bit of a nap, a couple of hours but I know that is not going to be possible today. The worst part of it is thinking about how good bed is going to be at the end of the night, 13 hours from now. I will be posting up my work out plan as soon as I have things finalized and what exactly Im doing what day.
And everyone decided to go to work today, the usual way I take which takes about 25-30 mins took me 45 mins which isnt too bad. I could see all the traffic on the highways as Im taking the inside roads! Im happy I dont work in the city, I think I would have went nuts!

Im not giving up on this! I knew that I would be tired after this long day, but I made a promise to myself that no matter what Im going to go to the gym. So after taking an hour nap late in the day Im going to go to the gym and break a sweat.
Im pushing myself, Im running low on energy, but I honestly feel good that Im going to go to the gym. I have to stick to this! Twice a week at least!
